Molly, who was born in Massachusetts, grew up in South Carolina. Moving first to North Carolina to attend Appalachian State University, and then to Charleston in 2002 to began her real estate career. She handles residential sales and works with all types of buyers and sellers - from first time homeowners to veteran homeowners. She has been a part of over 1,000 real estate transactions in her career. She specializes in finding buyers primary residences and second homes as well as working with investors to find the right investment properties. Main area focus is Charleston Downtown, Mt Pleasant, Isle of Palms, Sullivans Island and Daniel Island. She works with a top-notch team of inspectors, lenders, appraisers, contractors, architects, handymen, insurance agents, and attorneys to give her clients the best possible services available. She assists her clients through the entire buying/selling process and offers advice and suggestions to make the process as smooth as possible. She also appeared on an episode of HGTV's House Hunters.
